The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. I had access to a washer and dryer, allowing me to do laundry whenever needed. The wifi connection was reliable and free from annoying service glitches. The hotel's location, just across the Powerplant mall, made it convenient for shopping and dining. Additionally, the staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive to my needs.

The kitchen had a bottom pannel that had heavy water damage, the air con in the forward bedroom spit water all over the floor, it looked to be that way for a while looking at the water stains on the floor

Great Stay! Had an amazing weekend stay at a beautifully decorated and spacious apartment that looked brand new. the location was perfect, right across the mall and a variety of restaurants. the amenities were ample and the staff was very helpful and courteous. the apartment also had a small kitchenette which was an added advantage.

Breakfast and Interim Cleaning the breakfast wasn't up to the mark compared to the pricing of the apartment. the interim cleaning was not done until the afternoon which was a bit inconvenient.

Friendly & helpful staff. Great location....Plenty of nice shops, restaurants in the area. Plus the fact that you have all the facilities of an apartment in your room. Great for a short term stay.

I stayed in a deluxe studio for the weekend and 1 bedroom for a week. Good value for the price on both counts. Location (across from Rockwell mall) is excellent. Primary selling point is excellent staff (front desk,security). This is my first choice to stay in whenever I'm Manila.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to a mall that had many good shops and restaurants. We loved that it was just across the road from the mall, making it convenient for us to explore and dine out. the rooms were spacious enough for our needs and the staff provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the access to the high, end gym and the pools.

We did find that the interior decoration of the 1, bedroom suite was lacking. It could have been more visually appealing and well, decorated to match the price of the accommodation.

The lofts were great. The staff were all great help and friendly.

The Booked.net price was not clear so I had a bill shock

The hotel had a great view from the upper floors, and the pool area was well maintained with plenty of space to relax. The location was convenient as the hotel was close to a shopping center and restaurants. The staff was accommodating and willing to help with any needs we had during our stay.

Our room was not as clean as we had hoped, and the bathroom had some issues with the sink and shower. The hotel was also quite noisy at night, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.
